In-Camp Training

Somehow I just enjoy the company of the old birds, in other words the lao jiaoz. Just look at the way the do things will ultimately put the active personnel and even the regulars to shame. They may not be as fit, but their efficiency is second to none. Just a word from the boss and things will be done. Ok, less regimentation, you don't have to march around the whole compound, no left right left. You still have to have a neat haircut,you have to address the appointment holders by ranks and blah blah blah... but then again, things get done, so what the heck. Reservists would know.

WIll be going through the new SAR21 tomorrow. ahaha.

Learnt about the technical parts of the SAR21 during last in-camp. Don't really like the new weapon. Boring. Very toy-like. But I guess we have to adapt to such changes. I still prefer my carbine. Very light and convienient. Just love it. But then again, I would still prefer a revolver. Give me one anytime. I would glady trade my greens for a blue. Nevermind my limited prospects.
